Shipping policy

At Dainty Delilah, we aim to dispatch all in-stock orders as quickly as possible. Please allow 1–3 working days for order processing and dispatch during normal trading periods. During busy periods, new collection launches, sales, promotions and seasonal peaks, dispatch may take slightly longer.

UK Delivery
We offer delivery throughout the UK. Shipping costs and available delivery options are displayed at checkout.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where applicable.

Pre-Order Items
Items marked as pre-order are subject to estimated delivery timeframes shown on the individual product page. These dates are estimates and may occasionally change due to circumstances outside our control, including supplier, manufacturing, customs or courier delays. If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the order may be held and dispatched together once all items are available unless otherwise arranged.

Payment Plan Orders
Orders placed using a payment plan will be dispatched in accordance with the terms shown at checkout and once the relevant payment plan requirements have been met.

Delivery Delays
Once a parcel has been handed to the courier, delivery times are estimates and delays may occasionally occur outside our control. Dainty Delilah cannot guarantee courier delivery dates.

Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided at checkout is correct. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be amended once an order has entered processing or been dispatched.

Missing or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us so we can assist and, where appropriate, raise an enquiry with the courier.

International Orders
Where international shipping is available, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes or local charges unless otherwise stated at checkout.
